I'm having issues with using and even closing the program.
When I open photoshop, I can't create a new file. Nothing happens. If I import a file or open any file into Photoshop, I get this error:
If I attempt to exit the program, I also get this same error. I have to force quit to be able to exit the program.
I am up to date on versions. I'm on version 22.5.1. I've tried restarting my computer and uninstalling and re-installing Photoshop
I also ran the debugger plugin, and the clipboard message was less than useful:

I'm running on Windows 10. I have not ran into this issue before. I am not having this issue on other Adobe apps. Is there something else I should be doing? or is my only hope rolling back to a previous version?
