I've run across two bug in particular with Photoshop sincce the last update that have a rather large impact on my Adobe workflow.
1. Importing layered Photshop files into After Effects:
- Importing a layered photoshop file into After Effects crashes aftereffects and generates a crash report and a duplicate temporary version of the After Effects file. There is a work around: saving each layer indevidually out of photoshp and making a note of the blending mode to apply in After Effects, but this can sometimes take up to an hour for each file and it used to be as simple as importing the Photoshop file)
2. New Phtoshop files don't automatically take size information from clipbaord:
- It just makes a file the same size as the lst one created, again there is a workaround: if you click to one of the file preset menu's and back to recent it will update to the clipboard item pixel size when you click back... it doesnt take long, but it sure is anoying to do every time
Thanks

Hi @viviennekingswood, sorry you are having issues. The first one would best be asked in the After Effects channel as we don't have any information about issues handing Ps file to After Effects.
The second one, curious if you have gone into preferences and ticked the Use Legacey "New Document" Interface? Did this now work for you as expected?
Thank you,
