Hi, sorry to hear that.

Does it happen on any size of documents?

Here are some troubleshooting steps you could try: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-crash-or-freeze.html

You could also please post the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, in a txt document and attach it here, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.

Did you submit a crash report with your email included (do not write it here) as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html ?

Hi, I think that the team would only contact you if more information was needed.

They could use that info to correlate this thread with your report.

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare hard disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?

Hello, Greta, you can reset Photoshop's preferences by holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Pc) Cmd+Opt+Shift (Mac) as you click on Photoshop's icon to start it up.

See: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

If you do have access to the menu Edit>Preferences (Pc) or Photoshop>Preferences (Mac), it is possible to reset them from the General submenu.
