Photoshop can't be installed

Hi everyone! I hope all you doing well.

My name is Eleni, I am using photoshop about a year now. 

Some days ago I upgrade my GPU and from then photoshop can't open

I uninstall and re-installed it, I try to figure out what is happening two weeks now.

Here are my PC characteristics, please could anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?

Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz

installed  RAM - 32.0 GB (30.9 GB usable)

Windows 11 Pro
