photoshop cannot render any video

hi there ive been stuck on trying to rendor a video from photoshop 2023.

when i click rendor it just comes up the circle loading icon and just freezes. 

Can anyone help please!

ive tried everything on the link still not working

its a psd file (in the file there a video in there), ive clicked reder video and all that comes up is the circle loading icon

How big is the video file?

Photoshop is primarily an image editor.  

Use Premier Elements, Premier Pro or Premier Rush for making videos.
