Photoshop CC 2017 Mask Bleeding bug?

Hey all,

I was making some photoediting and after i though it was ready i realize that there is some hard edges here and there what ain purpose to be there.

I wen't trough my all layers, clicking on and off, by checking what was causing this thing.

Finaly i realize that it was those layers where i had mask.

Some reason my mask is over bleeding white to black area and black to white are if i am trying to fill mask area.

I made short video about error so all help is more than welcome.

Actually it was fixed after reboot...
