Photoshop CC 2018(19.1.2) Generator not working

When I used the generator in photoshop, I found it could not be used, there was no response, and there was no error message, as if it did not exist. I don't know what it is. I hope experienced people can help me. Thank you.

The Generator doesn't speak with the user.

First, it has to be activated in the File menu.

Second, it does its work "live", simultaneously when you write the various layer names.

It uses a existing or creates a new folder.

Although your answer is inconsistent with my question, thank you for your help. I have now solved this problem.

1. Removed all plugins

2. Closed the firewall

3. Update windows10 to the latest version
