I am not good at English. I write with the help of a translator.
Photoshop cc 2019 and gtx1050 graphics card error.
Photoshop stops when you upgrade to version 416
Because of this, I cannot use the latest version of graphic card.
I would appreciate your email.

i'm having the same problem and downgrading the driver has made no difference.

Hi
I see that you have a dual GPU setup, Photoshop doesn't play well with dual GPU's
Take a look at here
Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues
Especially sections 7 and 8
I have the Geforce GTX 1050ti and Photoshop has no issues with that card, the only differences is that I have my Intel GPU disabled in the BIOS

I'm running a laptop and have been for years with no issues. I was fine on I've tried those steps it makes no difference everything was fine with driver 398.82-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql but I had to rebuilt my laptop so 411 was installed. I then updated to 416.94-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql.

You can do an advanced search for older drivers

I have to say it is rather annoying that Adobe always advise that installing the latest drivers will resolve issues. But it seems to just cause more problems.

I'm using the latest Nvidia driver without any issue on both Photoshop CC2018 and CC2019

If you search the forums you will see a few people with the same issues. BTW what GPU's are you running?

I don't have the option to disable the onboard GPU in the Bios. And it is not recommended that the oboard GPU on a laptop should be disabled. I'll try using DDU to downgrade to the older driver. Downgrading the driver to 398.82-notebook-win10-64bit-international-whql made no difference sadly. Disabling GPU support in photoshop makes no difference. I think the issue has been caused by a Microsoft update. Fingers crossed they fix it soon. I can 2 - 3 photos before photoshop CC 2018 crashes. CC 2019 crashes as soon as I open a PSD.

Hi kbtphotosinozcc,
We're really sorry for the crash issue. Could you please enable the "Legacy Compositing" in Photoshop preferences, restart Photoshop and check if that helps.
Regards,
Mohit

i believe I have resolved the issue by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V18.0.0.4 to remove the Intel and Nvidia drivers. I then reinstalled them and Photoshop CC 2018 is now stable. I need to get work done so won't test CC 2019 just yet.

After speaking with Microsoft for a few days. They got me to do this. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/how-to-perform-an-in-pl... which appears to have fixed the problem I edited 6 photos last night with no crashes.
