Photoshop CC 2019 menu items stopped working

Photoshop CC 2019 all of the sudden I open Photoshop, and try to open a document and nothing happens. The menu items, keyboard shortcuts and drop down menu items do not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, restarted my MacBook Pro to no avail. Suggestions?

Got it to work perfectly last night, after opening preferences. Thanks.

Opened this morning and Photoshop is completely non-functional again. Can't even open preferences to make any changes.

I'll wait another hour and try again. Baffling. Can't figure out the common element

Steve

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015), running Mac OS 10.14.3 Mojave.

All other Adobe Creative Cloud apps are working fine (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat . . . )

That seems to have worked. Found some stray Photoshop 17 files, that may have been the issue. Thanks!
