Photoshop CC 2020 21.1.2 closes immediately after open

Hello everyone!

I haven't been able to open Photoshop for days. It opens the initial screen for seconds, and closes automatically without being able to click on anything. 

I've already reinstalled Photoshop, Creative Cloud, delete preferences, and nothing happens. I'm using the current version: 21.1.2. I tried to use an older version and had the same issue. 

Also, I have to say that Lightroom works normally. 

My current system:
Intel Core i7-7500U, 2,7Ghz. 16GB Ram. 
Windows 10.

Hi try to install the latest version of Creative Cloud desktop and then run photoshop.....regards

Thanks for the answer. I'm running the latest version (5.1.0.407), unfortunately it still hasn't solved the issue.

Same problem on my machines with only Photoshop and Illustrator.  Acrobat opens fine.
