I have 2 licenses of  of photoshop cc and 3 systemes. I uninstall photoshop from 1 system after that can i install adobe photoshop on 3rd system.

You can install Photoshop CC on several devices. However, to use each installation you will need to sign into your CC account using the CC desktop application on that device. You can sign into the same account on two separate devices, although remember that the CC license is personal to you (so you may not allow another person to use the second device).  If you try and sign in on a third device you will be asked to sign out of one of the other devices. In other words only two devices can be signed in to a single CC account.

 

If you also have a separate, second subscription, you could sign into the account for that subscription (which needs to be on a separate CC account with a separate email address) on your third device. That would not affect the other two devices at all.

 

If your needs are different, e.g. you need several people in an office to access the software, then Adobe sell Enterprise and Teams products for those scenarios.
