I am using Windows 10 64-bits Labtop and the newest Photoshop version.

Everytime I switch the window back to Photoshop. It will change my using tool to brush tool automatically without clicking any button or keyboard.

I tried many way such as reinstall, reset the setting, change to others language, downgrade the Photoshop and etc, but the problem still here. I also try on the other computer, but no any problem. Please help.

Finally I figure out the problem is caused by "ASUS ScreenXpert". The solution is just switch off ScreenXpert don't run on Photoshop.
