This week I've had some trouble syncing my web application cloud library with the one on my creattive cloud desktop. (First time using it) The online support tech was super helpful and wanted to share the fix for anyone having a similar issue.
If the libraries not syning between the stock.adobe.com site and the desktop creative cloud app / photoshop app ect. and the normal methods aren't working ie. rebooting the app, the fix that worked for me was to sign out of the creative cloud on my desktop creative cloud app (top right corner on your avatar) and sign in again. Try this as well on the web app.
DUDE. This was a GODSEND. I have been rebooting and hard refreshing and was about to uninstall CC desktop next to reinstall. This simple "sign out... sign back in" did not occur to me for a solution, but it just caught up my Libraries from about a 2 week hanging/non-sync. THANK YOU!
