PHOTOSHOP COM PROBLEMAS

Olá

 

Estou tendo problemas constante com o programa photoshop, somente ele está dando esse tipo de problema, todos os dias tenho que desinstalar e reinstalar ele, pois só assim consigo trabalhar, ao iniciar logo pela manhã, o software fica com as bordas todas pretas e para de inicializar, assim tendo que ir no "Cleative Cloud" e desinstalar e reinstalar novamente, todos os dias tenho que fazer isso, não sei mais o que eu faço.

Obs: Estou usando a ultima versão 23.2.2, sistema operacional 64 bits, Windowns 10 Pro.

Please try to disable the option to "Use Graphics Procesor" from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Performance. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.

If you're unable to access Preferences and PhotoShop crashes before that, please go to the location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022. Then rename the Sniffer.exe to Old.Sniffer.exe and try launching Photohsop again.

If the issue persists, you can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

Please backup your settings before resetting the preferences. You can check:

Migrate presets, actions, and settings (adobe.com)

 

Another try it to turning on the option »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop.

 

Is your system up-to-date? Especially all recent updates and patches for the operating system are installed and all drivers are up-tp-date?

 

Do you get error messages? If yes, please post the exact message here.

Olá

Abri agora cedo e fica assim, com as bordas preta e tentando inicializar, ele não aparece mensagem de erro, só diz que o "programa não está respondendo." em gerenciador de tarefas. 

Os drivers estão atualizados, assim como Photoshop, Illustrator e affter efects ficam no SSD Z: todos eles funcionam perfeitamente, apenas o photoshop está dando esse erro, sem falar que durante o dia quando estou usando ele, fica bugado duplica as telas como se elas ficassem juntas, além de todos os dia ter que reinstalar tenho que trabalhar com ele na base da fé com tantos errinhos internos.

Ontem fiz as duas coisas que foi pedido, desativei a opção "Use Graphics Procesor" e ativei a opção »Deactivate Native Canvas«  mas nada adiantou.

 

Aguardo retorno.
