Hey there!
I'm trying to open Photoshop after updating to Windows 11, and it will open until Finding System Profiles, then it will just quit, we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing.
Not sure what I can do to help this get past this screen!

Hi @blake_8690, Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Photoshop forums! Let's try a few things to resolve your issue.
1. Reset Photoshop Preferences: Go to: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [version]. Move the Settings folder to your desktop (this backs it up). Relaunch Photoshop to regenerate fresh preferences.
2. Clear Font Cache: Delete the CT Font Cache folder from the same directory. Restart your system and try launching Photoshop again.
3. Disable Plug-ins Temporarily: Hold Shift while launching Photoshop to skip loading plug-ins. If it opens successfully, a plug-in may be causing the crash.
4. Update Graphics Drivers: Use Device Manager to update your GPU drivers. Then, in Photoshop, Go to Edit > Preferences > Performance. Uncheck the Use Graphics Processor, then restart.
To help you better with this issue, we would like a few more details. Can you send your system info so we can try replicating it? You can find this by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH
