I just download rhe whole Creative cloud on my Mac running the latest Montery. Everytime I try to Launch it it crashes.

I've gone into system preferences and Unlocked its permission and restarted and reinstalled multiple times with no avail. Can you please help me as Photoshop is my backbone of the suite.

Hi there,

Sorry about the crash issue that you see. We're here to help.

Are you trying to launch Photoshop or Creative Cloud? Does the application crash cause a system restart? Which version of the application have you downloaded? Do you see any error messages?

Please check this article and try out the troubleshooting step mentioned: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/freeze-on-launch.html

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Ranjisha
