I copy an image into the paste buffer

In PS:

  Create new
  Paste image

  ^P

  Select Print Settings

  Crash

 

100% repeatable

PS is up to date

printer drivers are up to date

@Doug Rogers have you reset Photoshop Preferences? Control K for the keyboard shortcut

Restart Photoshop and check if that solves the trick?

You might be low on available RAM.  To manage memory, save the image to your physical hard drive before creating print settings.

Try holding down the spacebar whilst clicking print settings. That should reset the print dialogue
