Photoshop crashes when creating some Adjustment Layers

Photoshop crashes ONLY when I add a Solid Color or Pattern adjustment layer in a situation that is hard to describe in words and easier to show in a screenshot:

This happens in 100% of attempts only if the situation is as in the screenshot. If you change anything, the crash doesn't happen. (such as removing one of the Clipping Mask layers, or removing one of the folders that are below or above, or if you select the wrong layer that is currently selected in the screenshot)

It also does not happen if I disable the Use Graphic Processor

Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.6.0 20230615.r.573 15cc86e x64 (However, when I noticed this problem for the first time yesterday I was on one of the previous versions, since I had not updated since April)

Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit
Version: 11 or greater 10.0.22621.1928

As I described above, it requires a very specific set of folders and layers to recreate this situation. I first discovered this in one of my larger projects. However, by eliminating all the other causes of Photoshop crashing, I came up with the most minimal set that is guaranteed to crash my Photoshop.
I recorded a video where I show that I can create Solid Color while other layers are selected, but Photoshop crashes when I select a particular one:

I'm also attaching a PSD file with this set of layers. However, I asked my friend to open the file and repeat the steps on his PC and it didn't seem to cause him any crashes.
I understand that the problem may be due to the peculiarities of my system, but I have already googled all sorts of solutions to this problem:

  •  I've updated photoshop, it repeats in any version (even Photoshop Beta)
  • I've reseted all Photoshop settings
  • I've uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop
  • I've updated my NVidia drivers
  • I've installed all Windows updates
  • I also examined the Crash Logs in ...AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Logs
I found this line there :
Exception Code: 0xc0000409
Exception Parameters: 0x0000000a
Exception Message: 3221226505 System detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application

Application Specific Information:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

According to the recommendations from the Microsoft forum

  • I've ran sfc /scannow
  • I've ran DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • Malwarebytes scan doesn't detect anything
  • I even performed a repair upgrade of Windows. It seems to be an extreme measure that should help everyone. But it didn't change anything, Photoshop still crashes, from which I conclude that there is nothing wrong with the ntdll.dll file.

Please help me, I am desperate.

Also attached is the Crash log:
Photoshop_2023-07-05_084727_MAXASABIN.crash

What confuses me is that at the end of this log it says:

System Information:
  Processor Architecture: PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_AMD64
  Number of processors: 16
  Processor type: PROCESSOR_AMD_X8664

While my processor is Intel
