Photoshop crashes when selecting "edit in photoshop" from Lightroom

I was successfully performing this task for the last week for a project, then today every time I try to edit a lightroom photo in photoshop, Photoshop crashes. I've restarted my computer, I've reinstalled photoshop, and I've reset my preferences in photoshop. Please help!

Thanks for highlighting this issue. We need some details on this;

Did this start happening after any update? Which version of Windows, Photoshop, and Lightroom have you installed? 

Also, is there more than one version of Photoshop installed on your system? 

Would you mind sharing your workflow? 

"Edit In" will not work if the original files are unavailable to Lightroom. Where are the images located?
Please try deselecting "Use Graphics Processor" in Lightroom's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Lightroom and let us know if it helps.
