Yesterday i installed Lightroom to edit my photos, but neither versions of the app worked on my PC (granted, they are quite old, so that didn't surprise), so i unistalled them through Adobe Cloud. Since Lightroom didn't work, i decided to edit my pictures in Photoshop, but now eveyrtime i try to open them in the app, a interface like Lightroom's opens and my Photoshop crashes. I go to the link Adobe says has the fix for the crash and nothing there has anything to do with my problem. What can i do to fix this?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
