Unfortunately you don't have gave us any informations about your system. Also detailed informations about your problem is missing. So all proposed solutions are a guesswork
Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the message word-by-word.
Which steps you're done before Photoshop crashed?
Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Thanks for reaching out. As @AxelMatt correctly pointed out, we'll need more details to move this forward; otherwise, it's guesswork.
To help us investigate properly, please share the following:
• Photoshop System Info
• Photoshop > Help > System Info
• Click Copy and paste it directly into your reply
• When Photoshop crashes or freezes, please submit the crash report and make sure to include the same email address you use on this community so that we can locate it internally
If you don't see the Crash Reporter dialog appear, you may have selected an option not to show the dialog. Follow these steps to set the preference to Always Show This Dialog:
macOS
Cmd+click the Photoshop app icon and choose Show Package Contents.
Select Contents > Frameworks > AdobeCrashReporter.framework.
Cmd+click the alias named AdobeCrashReporter and select Show Original.
Double-click Adobe Crash Reporter (Red A app icon, not the black AdobeCrashReporter UNIX executable file).
Select "Always Show This Dialog" and click "Done."
Windows
Open Start
Search for "Command Prompt" and launch it
Enter the following command:
REG ADD HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\CommonFiles\CRLog /v "Never Ask" /t REG_SZ /d 0
Press the Enter key
If asked “Value Never Ask exists, overwrite(Yes/No)?" choose Yes
Additionally, if you can, please share:
• A short screen recording showing what you're doing just before Photoshop freezes
• Whether this happens with a specific tool, file type, or workflow
Once we have the system info, crash report, and steps leading to the freeze, we can reproduce this internally and escalate it to the Photoshop product team if needed.
