There is an ongoing problem that I have been facing for a while now. Photoshop quit unexpectedly each time I open a folder or create a new file. I found that this problem resolves when Use Graphics Processor is unchecked on Photoshop Preferences and relaunch Photoshop. However, this solution comes with a significant decrease in performance. I have tried everything listed in the article named Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues

Photoshop used to work perfectly normal, however, this problem arised for a while now. I am completely stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

MacOS Monterey (12.0.1)
AMD Radeon Pro 560X 4 GB
