Hello all,
Since updating to Photoshop 2024, I have encountered a strange issue with font sizes. Mainly, when I adjust sizes, my entire application instantly crashes. Here's some notes I've gathered to hopefully help find a solution.
- The fonts I use are all Google Fonts/Adobe Fonts, so completely safe and working.
- Application only seems to crash when changing text size on documents that are lower than 1080p.
- I work off a Macbook Pro with the M1 Max chip, 32gb RAM and plenty of storage space, with the latest version of Mac Sonoma updated.
- The crashes occure whilst at 100% zoom.
- I don't have any external plug-ins installed to photoshop.
- I am using the latest version of the Photoshop and Creative Cloud Apps.
- I also have a powerful windows-based PC, which hasn't experienced this issue.
- The text size changes have cause crashed by both going up and down in size.
