Hi, please may someone help me.
I am battling to access any of my creative cloud documents and it wont allow me to save to the cloud aswell. It has a cross on the cloud and i am not sure how to fix it. Could someone help?

Without any system information we can't realyl tel lyou much. Network issues can be anything. Start by rebooting your rooter, check your cable, if you use WiFi switch to cable and/ or reconnect at least, check your system's network configuration and reboot the computer as well. With regards to the CC stuff, also check your local CC App and the sync folders. Maybe you just need to sign out and sign in again or do a bit of housekeeping to free up space. Anything more will require at least some information on all those things.
