Photoshop Crop Tool Missing Option in 2020 ( pressing R in CS6 )

this is't available in PS 2020. is their have any other setting to changes to get this option back on PS2020 ?

In Ps 21.2.0:

Pressing [C] for the Crop Tool, and you will find the Size & Resolution settings along the Options bar.

Pressing [C] for the Crop Tool, and you will find the Size & Resolution settings along the Options bar but press Shipt and left clik option not available for free crop
