Hello,

I have this same, exact problem in Photoshop CS6.

I've searched everywhere but still did not come across to a single solution.

Does anyone have a fix for it?

I have a similar problem... Save for Web does not exist - it is now greyed out and I cannot figure out why or how it happened, It has been my goto method for outputting reduced res images for web portfolio posting and now I can't access it. I cannot find the "Adobe Save for Web CS6 Prefs" file anywhere. I am baffled and seriously considering leaving Adobe in favor of the competition. Any ideas other than deleting and reinstalling?

When you go to Image>Mode, what does it say?

Ideally it should be 8 Bits/Channel and RGB Color
