Photoshop displaying vector objects as greyed out in libraries (Only in PS)

Hi,

When accessing my creative cloud libraries through photoshop, almost all vector objects linked to illustrator are greyed out and unusable.  I can't access any vectors through the PS libraries window.

If I open Illustrator the problem is non existent, it is only specific to Photoshop. This problem is not present on the older Photoshop versions, however, it is happening on all the new Photoshop updates. If I roll back to 2020 the bug is not present.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled PS, Illsutrator, removed caches, restarted, uninstalled Creative Cloud etc and I'm still sitting with the same issue.

Just an update to this, I've noticed a small of non-vector elements greyed out in my libraries too. The greyed out majority are vector though.
