Photoshop does not recognize mp4 files on macOS

Buenas, tengo un problema con mi photoshop, no reconoce el archivo MP4 estoy importando un video cuál el programa me avisa que no reconoce dicho formato, me gustaría saber si alguna solución para ello. Gracias

Are the files saved on an external hard drive or a network storage? Are you getting this error while trying to open other files as well?
