Photoshop early cancellation fee

Hi.
Two months ago I started a free Photoshop trial, which then turned into a subscription and I'm being charged monthly. Now that I wanted to cancel, I've been notified that I have to pay an "early cancellation fee" because I'm on an annual plan. I NEVER gave my consent for an annual plan!!! I was on a free trial which out of nowhere turned into an anual plan, paid monthly.

Is there any way to get in contact with a real person and not a robot?

Totally disgusted with this situation.

I just started the process so I could take screenshots for you. The second is after you hit "Continue". Adobe states their terms clearly.

No one on this forum can assist with billing. Only Adobe Customer Care can do that. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

'....I was on a free trial which out of nowhere...'

Not out of nowhere, when you click Free trial the next page selects which plan you will go onto after 7 days. Adobe make it very clear which are annual plans and when charges will start. You have to pick one to get to the next step.

This is Photoshop - the highlighting is mine - only one of the plans (the most expensive) can be cancelled at any time. The others are yearly

This is the Photography plan (which is only available as a yearly plan with a monthly payment)

If you wish to discuss with Adobe you use the contact us link on this page https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html?src=community and use the chat function, but be aware exactly what you agreed to at the start. Stating that you did not consent to something you clicked on is unlikely to help.
