Bonjour tout le monde !
En fait actuellement je suis en stage et je dois rendre des GIF. J'ai donc créé mes GIF sur after Effect et ensuite j'ai fait directement un rendu ! Mais mes GIF doivent être sur fond transparent je les ai donc importer dans Photoshop puis enregistrer pour le Web pour avoir mon fond transparent. J'avais réussi une première fois mais maintenant impossible d'y arriver À chaque fois que j'enregistre avec ENREGISTER POUR LE WEB ils me disent « impossible d'effectuer cette opération. La mémoire disponible est insuffisante. » Je suis allé voir sur Internet et il était dit d'augmenter sa mémoire RAM ce que j'ai fait mais cela n'a rien changé…
J'ai la version 23.2.0 de photoshop et je suis sur mac book pro avec la mise a jour Big Sur version 11.6.
Merci d'avance de m'aider, je suis completement perdue !

But my GIFs must be on a transparent background so I imported them into Photoshop then saved for the Web to have my background transparent. I had succeeded once but now I can't do it Every time I save with SAVE FOR WEB they tell me “can't perform this operation. Available memory is insufficient. “I went to look on the internet and it said to increase its RAM memory which I did but it did not change anything… I have photoshop version 23.2.0 and I'm on mac book pro with the Big Sur version 11.6 update.
Thanks in advance for helping me, I'm completely lost!
