Hi there, I got a problem with my Photoshop.

Everytime I try to run it, this error come on screen "The request could not be completed due to a program error".

I tryed every step on Photoshop guide but the error still appear.

My pc has literally 1 day of life and all the performance are good.

That's very sad for me, I need Photoshop for work.

I'm waiting for some answers.

Thank you a lot.

Please make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements to run Creative Cloud & latest Photoshop. Most Creative Cloud apps work on:

  • Windows 10 versions 21H2, 21H1, 20H2, 2004, and 1909 (LTSB branches are not supported;)
  • macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur), macOS 10.16 or 10.15 (Catalina).

8 GB of RAM is the bare minimum you can use for Photoshop which you don't have.  To use Photoshop with any agility, I highly recommend 16-32 GB of RAM.  And plenty of physical disk space for your scratch disk.  I have a 2TB hard drive.

I agree with Nancy O'Shea you definitely should get more ram. You can uninstall and reinstall photoshop but I think you would still have the problem.
