photoshop extensions don't work

hello there, I have a problem with an extension I use somehow after using it for more than 8 months now photoshop doesn't wanna open it I tried everything and nothing works, 

The extension name is Delicious Retouch 4

You're not the only person. I and the other person using it in our studio have also been kicked out of it. I'm not sure quite what to do about it. We emailed the guy who made the plugin.

Have you talked to Delicious Retouch? https://photoshopchef.com/support/

You may need to install it for the new version, or you may need a version that can run on an M1 mac. If it's because you're on an M1 device, you probably need to run in rosetta if the developer of the extension doesn't have a version that runs on the M1, yet.
