Photoshop fecha ao exportar prancheta

Estou com um problema recorrente, quando vou exportar as pranchetas dos meus criativos, o photoshop começa uma conexão com a impressora (que ja foi desinstalada do pc) e fica nessa até eu cancelar a ação de conexão, após isso, o mesmo se fecha. 

Alguem consegue me ajudar? Trabalho com isso e a opção de exportar pranchetas é essencial

Could you share a bit more about the issue you're experiencing? What version of Photoshop are you using, and what method and settings are you using to export the artboards?

If you haven't already, please make sure to click "Send" when you get the crash report dialog so we can receive it in our internal database.

Hello, I am using the latest version of the software. I use the option to export - Files - Export - Export clipboards to files.

It is a matter of work, I use it daily for my productions.

I sent the crash report.
