It's a been an issue that has been going on every about 2 years now, and on multiple computers!
Not sure what the trigger is, but the file will hangs every once in awhile. about 2-3 times per my work session; not allowing me to zoom/pan/draw on the scene file. However, I'm still able to access the top task bar, and other files I have open in other tabs.

Whenever the file hangs, I've had to save+close the file, then re-open it from my recent files tab. It doesn't cause a huge problem to my work,. it's just has been frustrating to have to deal with a simple issue, when we pay a monthly premium for Adobe:(

Hi @deonherng, you say this issue has been happening to you for two years, is that correct? Let's try this:

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

Thank you,
