Hi,

It's been happening to me a few times the past few days. Everytime i use Photoshop 2024's Generative AI on a Mac, my photoshop files and folders seem to disappaer or go missing after a few hours. I do know where i exported my work and saved the PSDs. i am meticulous like that. And i know i checked them before i closed the app. It's as if they never existed. i even tried to serach for directories and files that are hidden, in case the system auto hid them. It's very bizarre. I am honestly thinking of switching back to Photoshop 2023 without the Generative Ai and just manually recreate my work again. it's painful but unless there's a patch that i don't know about. Anybody have any similar experience and solution to this? I'm not even sure if this is a technical issue in the app.

Hi @PETER CHIN SHIROKU where are you saving your files? Are you saving directly to an external source like an external drive, network share or cloud service?

This is happening to me as of the past 3 weeks. Why is this happening? CC isn't cheap and we shouldn't have to deal with this issue. I have lost a lot of work due to this. All these problems started to happen with Adobe went to CC. Been using adobe since cs2 and this never used to happen. What happened to software working?

Same here, im on a macbook pro and my .psd file literaly vanished. The file did contain a couple of Generative AI layers. I tryed looking for it with "termina"l and "go to file" option on the apple menu but can´t seem to find it.  I think Adobe should repair the damage done (hours of design working) in some way.
