Photoshop files not updating in Creative Cloud

I have been struggling for the past couple of days with syncing my Photoshop files to the Creative Cloud. The saving process takes ages, and when sharing a link, the file (and edits) is not updated. I have to log out of  CC  and log back in again, it then works 2-3 times and then the same situation all over again. Please advise.

Could you please use the log collector tool to upload logs? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html the engineers will need this to investigate.

It's also not clear if you're using CC files (synced folder) or Cloud Documents. Can you also provide some screenshots and additional details? A screen recording of your workflow would be most helpful.

Apart from providing above requested details, can you please also share below information:

1) Is this happening on one specific machine or you are facing this issue on other machines with same account?

2) If it is on one specific machine, have you tried re-installation of Creative Cloud App & Photoshop yet?

3) Do you see syncing is stable in Creative Cloud App & have you noticed if things are fine in other Apps like XD etc.

4) Hope there is NO Internet connectivity issue on problematic machine.

5) Was it working earlier on same machine & have you done any kind changes or updates, post which you started facing this issue?
