photoshop Filter Galerie funktioniert nicht

Hallo, seit dem letzten System-update funktioniert die Filtergalerie im Photoshop überhaupt nicht. Sie macht keine Mucken, stürzt nicht ab oder so. Sie benimmt sich als wäre sie gar nicht da. Sie macht nichts! Man kann die Filter wählen, aber das Foto ändert sich nicht. Man kann es auch speichern. Aber will man es rückgänging machen, sieht man, dass der Schritt gar nicht ausgeführt wurde. Als wäre die Filtergalerie nur ein Phantom. Woran kann das denn liegen?

Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) and one with the Filter dialog visible? 

Is any Selection active? 

Which Filter Gallery Filters exactly are you trying to apply? And did you try applying them as Smart Filters?

I have the same problem now with PS 23.4.1. It is possible to start the Filter Galery, but not any of the select filter has an impact to the photo. There still happens nothing. No effect, no error, no change to the photo.

I have re-installed a prior version (PS2021). With this version the filters are working

In 2022 I have also resetted the preferences, but without succes.

And yes, it was converted for smart filter without any effect.
