Hey i'd like to know why NOT my photoshop app is working properly.

it's not importing ANY FORMAT of my files correctly including psd, jpg, etc.

apple said seemed to be application supporting problem,

and i'm wondering if it's my adobe cloud issue.

do i have to pay for adobe cloud too? is it compulsory for all photoshop mobile users?

(but it'd be weired since my friend's using it without any payment service)

Can anyone let me know please...........

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi there,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. What country is associated with your Adobe ID? Please refer the following troubleshooting article and try the offered steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/unable-to-create-save-cloud-document.html

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Mohit

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

As it turned out, my adobe id has been made during my short stay in mainland China few years ago.

Now my problem is that i've already purchased it now on my iPad. and wondering if i can change my location info of my adobe id, so that i can keep using the purchased one. I'm living in South Korea now.

I know i can cancel the purchase and set up my new account, but then only i have to wait for one month till my trial ends to do so.

and I'm pretty sure adobe won't let me have double of trial month.

(FYI i've already talked about this with Apple twice, and they can only help canceling my purchase. mainly i want to keep my purchase as now, but just change my Adobe ID info so that I can keep using it.)

Could you please help?

Thank you.
