Photoshop for Max OS X 10.11 (El Capitan)

I´d like to use Photoshop with Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan). Is there a version I can use and where do I get this?

As far as I know Photoshop CC 2019 and CC 2018 should still be available via the Creative Cloud application.
