Hi everyone,

i really struggle about this issue with photoshop 2022.

I'm working on a project with my little wacom and my PC freeze / crash as soon as my PSD file exceed 100 Mb.

I've seen so much unsolved topics about it..

I tried the following :

- Disable my antivirus software

- Update my graphic drivers

- Disable the GPU usage in preferences

- Reset preferences

- Update Photoshop

- Delete PS dont cache

Where can i find a log file wich can help troubleshooting my problem ?

Windows log file only displays the classic "kernel-power" critical error from an unexpected shutdown of the system

Thanks a lot !

Essa ultima versão está muito lenta e cheia de travamentos. Está impossível trabalhar com ela, estou reinstalando a versão 22.0 se alguém souber alguma versão mais atual que esteja funcionando corretamente me avisem por favor!

A system crash usually means a low level failure such as a driver (bad video card driver, etc), failing hardware (hard disk, video card, etc.) or damaged OS installation.

It's likely the power source to your graphics card or other hardware in your machine are not powerful enough.

A little Update for everyone !

I find out what potentially causes the issue.

My Photoshop don't crash anymore since I unplugged my Wacom Bamboo tablet (properly installed with Wacom drivers)

This is quite anoying !

I have no other solution for now.

I planned to buy a cintiq or XP-pen anyway
