Photoshop freezes a few seconds after starting

Today, Photoshop started to act weirdly:
It freezes a few seconds after starting. Illustrator and Bridge works fine, its just Photoshop.

This started happening after conecting my Intuos Pro S

Has anybody run into this issue?

Hi, I think this is a photoshop driver issue with the latest version of windows 10...regards

Try this

• Switch between WinTab and Windows Ink.
• Updating the Wacom drivers. 
• Updating Photoshop
• Plugging the USB receiver to the tower directly. 
• Reinstalling Wacom drivers.
• Reinstalling Photoshop.

Hi,

I just performed a reinstall on Photoshop, aswell as a reinstall on Wacom drivers.

This helped Photoshop to run, but not showing pressuere sensibility on my tablet.

I tried to solve this by creating the PSUserConfig.txt onto the Adobe Photoshop 2022 Settings system folder, but this doesnt seem to work either, now Photoshop doesnt run unless I do a reset on my PC.

-any thoughts?
