Hi. I got a new PC and im facing this problem.

When doing anything Photoshop just freezes. Nothing to click on and all i can do Is to open task manager and force close the program, losing all work.

Tried: unchecking GPU in performance, disabling saving on background.

Everything Is up to date.

Windows 10 Home, Nvidia GeForce 3060.

I'll send more PC specs when I get home.

Please. Any ideas?

Hi. Have you checked the system requeriments? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html

If your computer meets the system requirements you can try resetting the preferences: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset_preferences

Hi. I tried resetting preferences too. It kinda helps. Didn't froze that quickly, but later it still was hapenning.
Also checked that link. But didn't helped.
My specs as I promised:
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
CPU: Intel Core I7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz
RAM: 16GB
Windows 10 Home.
It's happening with older versions of Photoshop too and also with Lightroom.
Low or high resolution file. Sometimes I can work for 5 minutes. Sometimes few seconds. On my older PC everything worked fine. I bought a better than I had and I can't even work in Photoshop. I talked online with agent. He couldn't  help me. Googled to page 3, found same or similar topics. But no fix. I'm desperate. Maybe it could be something badly set in my PC. But I have no idea where or what.
