My company has 7 active users, in Photoshop. Five of the users all began having an issue where Photoshop freezes. I've attempted to work with Adobe Support, they suggested that I use the Cleaner application, removing Photoshop, Reboot Desktop, Install Photoshop using a link they provided. That installer installed Photoshop 25.0. The freezing stopped, however as soon as I upgraded to 25.1 the application began freezing again. I then repeated the clean/reboot/install again, and logged out last night. User today at first the application was working within an issue but within 2 minutes it froze. It hadn't updated to 25.1, and still appears to be at v25.0.
Is there a known issue with the freezing in the latest versions?

Working with Adobe Support found that since my users don't have a Graphics Card (they don't do heavy/difficult image manipulation) they can't upgrade to v25! So we have to step back to v24 and see about resolving our graphics card issue.
