Photoshop freezing

Is anyone else having issues with photoshop freezing over the last few days?  My online photoshop subscription is current.  My macbook is less than a year old and is up to date.  I am having the same issues on a windows computer.  i cannot even resize text without the spinning wheel coming on.  please help!

Is the freeze mainly when working with text layers?

It may also help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
