I just got a new laptop with Windows 11 on it, and also recently updated Photoshop as prompted. Since I have a Creative Cloud subscription, it's guaranteed I am always working with the latest edition of Photoshop. Now when I try to use Photoshop, it blanks out parts of the canvas, or misaligns pieces of it whenever I move the canvas while zoomed in. I have a 2-in-1 tablet, and this happens both in laptop mode and in tablet mode. What is going on, and is there a workaround?

Try to deativate the native canvas:
Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews > Deativate native canvas
And this page is also useful for GPU issues:

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Performance). Any better?
