Lately photoshop has been oddly freezing while I am working in it. It will let me press and interact with everything except the canvas itself. The document settings are the same I have always used without a problem. I have updated to the latest version and the problem still occurs. At the same time it sometimes becomes unusable after using the liquify tool. Once I exit, if i try to move the canvas in anyway it jitters back and forth. The only way to stop both issues is to close photoshop and re-open, which seems to temporarily fix it.

Try resetting the Photoshop preferences back to the factory defaults to see if that sorts the issue out, you can do this under the General tab in Photoshop preferences (then closing and reopening the application).

I managed to record what happens while the issue is occurring, is there somewhere I can upload or send the recording? It appears to be happening more frequently since resetting the preferences
