Under Mac OS 11.4, I have user whose Photoshop freezes on launch. It appears to be due to a bug in the current release of Photoshop, 22.4.2. When I downgraded to version 22.3, it works perfectly.
Not to sound bad... but I have noticed that when it comes to Apple...
1.) any time there is an update by Adobe there are issues.
2.) any time there is a new operating system for Mac there are issues.
This and other reasons is why I switched to PC. After doing so, I have avoided 97% of all the issues with the software. No offense to people who love Mac, but this is what I would consider the next time you need to buy a new computer.
I had a PC tower designed for my needs. It has more power than any Mac and cost half the price.
Love it. Just something to consider in the future.
