Photoshop has someone else's profile icon?

I just opened 25.1.0 on Windows 10 desktop.

There is another profile icon in the top.

How do I change this:

It used to be a nice blue swash. I didn't choose the 'cute' thing. Clicking it just bring me to my account admin page. 

That page shows the previous (correct) profile icon.  

How do I tell photoshop to use the icon in my profile?
I would expect to be able to get the account to sync with my online profile.

@Dval log into your Adobe account https://account.adobe.com/

Then go to Edit Profile and you can change your profile picture from there
