After the last update, my Photoshop has huge numbers of problems on my Windows machine. I have a brand new computer with a new and very heavy-duty graphics card, but cropping no longer works and transform (CTRL-T) no longer works when you try to use the handles. Works with numbers, but not using the handles. Scaling just plain goes nuts. Windows 11

Who can help?

Hi @Beanthere22 sorry to hear this.  Have you rolled back a version to see if the issues go away?

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

Another option would be:

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Cory
