Photoshop instala no Notebook mas não abre

Boa tarde. Instalei o Photoshop em meu notebook HP com processador Intel I5 e ao abrir aparece um erro informando que não foi possível carregar uma biblioteca dll. Após isso o software não abre e trava.

Instalei no desktop e funciona corretamente. Alguém saberia me dizer qual o problema ? Obrigada!

your screenshot is very small and thus it's almost hard to read the message completely. It's this error, right?

It says Lightroom Classic there, but these steps also apply to Photoshop.
